Meet your hosts

Hannah Bailey (Blue Light Wellbeing) and Andy Labrum (Blue Light Leavers) are joining forces to offer police officers and staff, and those across the Emergency Services, a two night, three day, fully immersive restorative retreat that guarantees you the opportunity to decompress from the stress of work and home, reconnect with yourself and nature, and gather the necessary mindset, tools and techniques to approach life’s changes.

The Retreat
