Brainworking Recursive Therapy can reset the brain's negative behavioural patterns

I first discovered BWRT when I myself sought treatment for PTSD following the many different incidents that I had dealt with in the police. Even though I had never heard of it before, I was drawn to it because it offered fast and effective results, without the need to go through the traumatic incidents in detail, and it is entirely solution focused. Almost immediately after my BWRT sessions had finished, the relief of the emotions and thoughts around these traumas being lifted and free from my body was incredible.

Once I realised just how effective this therapy was, I also had a session of BWRT for my fear of flying - yes, just one session - which is also now completely cured. I no longer have to sit on a plane trying to control my panic and overwhelm; instead I can relax, have a drink, read or chat to my husband.

BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a modern model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It uses a totally logical, practical and down-to-earth working method in which it’s not necessary for you to talk about anything you would rather not discuss – I only need to know how you feel and how you would prefer to feel instead. BWRT® is unlike any other therapy you might have heard of or read about, using the latest discoveries in neuroscience coupled with your own unique brain processes to help you get better. Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code. Find out more at
